Calvyn founded CD Auto Engineering Recruitment in 2022 after more than a decade working in recruitment, with a strong focus on the commercial vehicle and transport engineering sectors.
Over the years, he has built an extensive network across the UK HGV and PSV market, recruiting everything from workshop-based technicians and mobile engineers through to Workshop Managers, Engineering Managers, Fleet Managers, Heads of Engineering, Directors, and other senior operational appointments.
CD Auto was created with a simple aim: to offer a more specialist, personal and targeted recruitment service to both clients and candidates.
